A very etoliated jade plant, from the looks of the leaves

It might be a trailing jade

This app identified it as “flaming catty”. But I don’t think so

Not a flaming catty! I would bet it’s a trailing jade!

It really looks one a trailing jade to me.

I have a trailing jade that you can compare it to, but given the look of the leaves, it looks like a very stretched out jade plant (crassula ovata). “Trailing jade” isn’t actually a jade. It just resembles one in the leaf shape, thus the moniker, and comes from a similar environment. I can show one of my jades too, but again, yours looks to have arrived from being in a low light place for some time, and drooping as it looks to be in a glass that doesn’t have drainage holes, and the soil looks quite moist with very little chunky or air ventilating additives like bark chips or perlite. I would recommend you repot it in a plastic or terra cotta pot with one large drainage hole or multiple drainage holes and give it some new soil, then place it in the brightest windowsill you have, or get it a grow light if none of your windows give 6+ hours of light every day. Hope this helps!

This is a jade plant (crassula ovata). They can get stretched out and hang over the sides to literally stretch out and reach for more light, creating the drooping and trailing appearance yours currently has. I would recommend you check the roots for rot as well if you plan on repotting it. To help you figure out if it’s a trailing jade (senecio jacobsenii/kleinia petraea) or a classic jade (crassula ovata), see if the leaves have “pores”. If they have little “pores” (you can sort of see them in my photo of the jade), then your plant is a jade plant. If not, I would lean towards something in the kalanchoe family.
