I don’t think you have a monstera there. It looks like an alocasia adora to me. Those little brown spots?
Usually water stress, old leaf aging, or minor fungal spotting. Typically needs the following:
Bright indirect light
Water when top 1–2 inches are dry (not bone dry, not swampy)
Loves humidity
Chunky, well-draining soil. Good luck! 😊

Did you look at picture 2 the back side of leaf? Comment please!

Yes that looks like the alocasia and the back of the leaves just look like what they do as they age. Alsocasia let go of their leaves as they age and grow new ones.

Yes definitely an Alocasia and from the photos it looks like this could pest damage. Could you take a closer picture of the leaf underside?

I hate to say it but those little black dots are thrips poop 😬 they’re very small, but they will suck all the life and juice from your plant.

Quarantine, remove damaged leaves, and spray the leaves off

I was thinking thrips if it’s not spider mites with webbing. Isolate the plant. Use a magnifying glass and gloves to check for the tiny insects. Use neem oil or insecticidal soap. 🪴🍀
