Does anyone have advice for what to do with this leaf? Half of the leaf split off awhile ago and this spot has only gotten worse, but there are no issues with any of the other leaves. Should I just leave it like that or is there something I can do? Thanks!

You can cut it off. It’s an older leaf. There are several on the plant for photosynthesis.
