Can anybody help me with my monstera plant? I just got it 3 weeks ago and there are black spots with yellow borders on it.

This may be because of watering issues, If you drown it then drought it this can happen try cleaning the leaves then getting a schedule and misting

looks fungal 😬 bacterial leaf spot possibly. use a copper-based fungicide.

I suspect this too, I cut off the infected parts and will spray some fungicide

What’s the difference between copper based and neem oil based fungicide?

copper based fungicides cover a wider array of fungus and bacteria and they tend to be more effective. neem oil is more of a preventative when it comes to infections, not a solution to an existing issue
