What kind of Dieffenbachia is this? I’ve had a hard time figuring it out. How much is it worth? I would appreciate any other helpful care tips.

Looks like memoria corsii. They look a lot like tiki but those are a bit harder to find and have quite a bit more white/silver.

If you give it more light it will also get brighter!
