What’s going on with my string of bananas/dolphins…?  
It’s been so healthy and growing strong but now the top is basically dead.

Plant problems can be so difficult to diagnose. To me this looks like it's been kept too wet. Most "strings of things" seem to like to be on the dry side so maybe it's been overwatered?

My poor string of dolphins too, although mine I believe and I was told that I had it too high up in the top was dead involved because the top wasn't getting enough Sun and the strings were drying all the Life energy out of the top, about 4 days ago I put Epsom salt in it to see if that helped and it didn't really make it worse or better I'm going to try to fertilize it in another week 😭🥺🪴🐬
