Why does Parker always have brown tips? She’s otherwise very happy and healthy.

Some say lime sensitivity if you use tap water. I have some plants that I give distilled water, but u have too many large spiders to water them all with it.

Could be tap water (if you use it), low humidity, or too much direct sunlight (unlikely if just the tips are brown). My spider plants always get brown tips when they're kept outside the plant cabinet (high humidity in there). They still grow rapidly and put out flowers and pups so I'm assuming they're happy enough with the lower humidity.

I was using spring water but have had to use tap a couple times. It’s worse after the tap watering, but they were always there regardless.

The only spiders I have that don't have those brown tips are ones that are produced in and stay in my plant cabinet. I'm convinced they just brown in normal household humidity no matter what you do lol

It’s normal for them to get dry tips. That won’t go away. The new growth looks healthy with no brown tips. I have many spider plants that get them. My humidity levels are high. It’s not a humidity issue for me. I wait too long to water and the leaves dry out quickly in my 98°F+ zone 9 area.
I would do nothing. Your plant looks great. 🪴🍀
