About to move out of my dorm in about 3 weeks but my plants are seedligns and are used to the indoors but it will be hard for them to get used to the outside should I do the transferring process at my house to let them stay out side?

Seedlings need some sort of transition period to go outside. They usually only need 7-10 days to do this; you can start off with 1-2 hrs in the shade, then moving to partial shade for a couple days but only getting AM sun and work up to 5 hrs, then gradually to full sun and working up to 8 hrs. After that seedlings are ready to be outside full time
