Hi friends! I bought this calathea from HD and was repotting it and found these bulb things connected to the ends of the roots. Do I leave them connected or are they their own thing? Thank you!!

Keep them! They’re part of the root and store water/nutrients between waterings

Just a heads up, in the future, it’s unnecessary to remove the soil when repotting unless you’re treating an issue. Calatheas kinda get sad when you do this.
