Hello, I was wondering if anyone could recommend a tall plant that will tolerate mostly shaded area, I’m looking for a plant for my front door area, but it doesn’t get a lot of sun

buy any low light tolerant plant but get it in the size you want it to be because it won’t grow much (or at all) without light

a large snake plant, Zz, or umbrella tree are good low light tolerant plants — a nice plant stand will give you added height too

steer well clear of ficus and palms of any kind

Umbrella tree.. I have one in my front room that doesn’t get a lot of light and it is thriving

Dieffenbachia is another option. Mine doesn’t get much light, but puts out new leaves on the reg.

The darker the spot, the lighter and chunkier the soil must be!
