I have a new (separate!) pup!!!! How should I prepare it? Would you recommend a repot now?

I always let them grow to fill out my pot. I think try can just be broke off and stuck back in dirt but I’d definitely look that up or wait for an expert 🤣

I don’t have an exact measurement recommendation but it does look a little small still, to me! I think that generally, the longer you wait, the better chance it has on its own? (Please take with a grain of salt though - I’m not certain!)

Yeah just give it time to mature and then you can relatively easily separate a stable plant at the root ball :)

Let it grow. It’s a pup for a reason. It needs the mother plant until it has its own developed root system. I prematurely separated a pup from my snake plant and stunted its growth for a long time.
