I've had this bromeliad for 2 years. A friend gave it to me cause his wife didn't like that they only bloom once. I told them that it will get babies and they will bloom but she didn't want to wait. Well she's is finally blooming for me. I'm so excited. This is about a weeks difference

So amazingly beautiful 🤩!! I have one and I can’t wait until she blooms however I think I have a bit of a wait!! It will be worth it tho!!

It's definitely worth the wait. I have 2 other types and one has bloomed but I'm still waiting on my small one

Do water in the pot or the cup

Yes. I have never changed the water but just topped it off. I try to use rain water or pond water from a friend. It has over 20 huge koi in it so it's great fertilizer
