# I recently repotted my nanouk and thought to have it climb a trellis.…

I recently repotted my nanouk and thought to have it climb a trellis. I should have done some research before that because I learned that it is NOT a “natural climber”. Has anyone had success with theirs climbing? Or would you suggest I remove it from the trellis?

I think keeping it on the trellis will be an uphill battle. I would take it out. I would also do some trimming and perhaps propagating of those trimmings to increase the central growth in your pot.

Agreed with KJM! unlike philodendrons and pothos, tradescantia are crawlers so they're best as hanging plants rather than climbing
