this is what i have, i hang in my indoor greenhouse \& dont usually notice many pests thankfully. but im sure the stick traps would do the trick!
somebody told me a while ago about either isopropyl alcohol or rubbing alcohol(cant remember which) to spray on your plants. that is not something i know much about

Systemic granules

Agreed. Bonide system granules or beneficial nematodes will wipe fungus gnats in one or two treatments. You’ll need to treat your entire collection at the same time.

You should also look into the root cause of the issues which likely is potting medium that stays wet for too long. Consider adjusting watering frequency or switching to a potting mix that is chunkier and drains / dries faster.

Get these! 1 cup to one gallon of water and let it soak for 30 minutes. Scoop the pellets out and water your plant as normal. Any larvae or eggs will be gone. Literally works every time, and those yellow sticky things around to catch the grown gnats!

Your soil most likely is staying too damp for too long. Stop watering so much and allow the soil to dry out more between waterings.

bottom water and cinnamon works for me!

Neem oil! I have a bad infestation that I struggled with for awhile. I got Neem oil at Walmart and sprayed the plants once a week until they were gone!

After I used the yellow sticky paper to get rid of most of them, I put aquarium gravel on top of the soil in the worst infested plants, they can’t lay eggs then

Honestly I got a bunch of carnivorous plants (anything that is a sticky trap kind like butterworts and sundews) and my gnats are basically gone, plus I’ve got more funky plants!

I did invest in a Venus fly trap and now I want more!
