I love the pale snake plants, I currently have a Sayuri that looks like bunny ears 🐰 This is a pic from when I first got it. I’ve also had no issues with Aglonemas. This is my smaller Red Siam. I love my holiday cactuses (I have all three “kinds”)! They are super simple, grow well, have lovely flowers \& I believe all three are non toxic. They usually need to be repotted pretty quickly though, as in my experience the soil they tend to come in is too dense. My fishbone cactus is another really easy one that looks super cool. Again, in my experience the soil they tend to come in is too dense; but once repotted they take off! Mine grew pretty rapidly even in the dead of winter. I also really love my Hoya Rope \& Tephrocactus. I have great ease with my Jade plants. I have the “OG Jade”, Jade 2, Teen and Baby Jade at home, one at work and was able to gift 3 other propagations from the same plant and recently chopped one to start anew.
