This is my first online plant purchase, (Monstera Esqueleto) it arrived in ok conditions. I’m not too sure about the soil it’s in, does anyone have any soil mix recommendations?

I would use a chunky aroid mix. You can buy them at specialty plant stores or online, or you can mix your own, lots of YouTube tutorials on how to make it yourself.
