# Someone please help 😭 I’m about to lose my mind 😅 I had mealybugs…

Someone please help 😭 I’m about to lose my mind 😅

I had mealybugs maybe a month or so ago.. treated twice and plants were good. Yesterday I saw some streaks on my bamboo plant. While inspecting other plants, I saw white spots on my monstera.  
I used alcohol and it seemed to turn brown (like mealy).  
Butttt today I look and there are all these white flakey things. Very very tiny. I thought maybe another bug? Whiteflies? Aphid skin? Weird thing is they seemed to pop out more since spaying the insecticidal soap last night, less than 24 hrs ago.  
I have no idea.. can anyone tell??

Do you happen to know why more casing/bugs after I sprayed??

The new eggs hatched out. They multiply fast. I’d re pot it In fresh soil and pitch the old soil. And if any of your plants get these keep them away from your good plants cause the aphids or pests will infect the healthy plants. I’ve heard some have success with treating their plants with been oil they get on Amazon. I don’t like using pesticides in my house. I’m terrified of these bug infestations myself. Lol. I’m trying to learn what to do. I threw out a little money plant cause it had aphids. I cleaned the leaves with a bit of alcohol. But I was so afraid they’d come back and infect my healthy plants so I threw it out. 🤨😃

I’m so terrified and it is next to a bunch of plants but I don’t see anything on the  
. My monstera also has a moss pole 😅  
Do you think the others already have it 😭 maybe I should throw away the monstera but I saw white strips on another plant 🙃

I don’t know. Maybe google plant issues. I am watching my plants but I am going to get some neem oil. I hate throwing plants out. I use distilled water on my plants only. Maybe try spraying the soil on those plants with hydrogen peroxide to kill any pests in soil. Try neem oil to treat those white strips on the plants

I’m no expert so. I hope someone else will comment their thoughts or ideas. I’m so pest phobic. Don’t throw the plants out like I did. Lol. But DO keep your plants separated from the non bug infested plants

I bought a little fake monstera plant. It looks real. I may switch to fake plants if this keeps occurring. Lol. 😂😂

I’ve used that! It worked for gnats but I HATE neem oil smell 🤢  
Like I almost refuse lol
