# Sooo, I propagated some of my prayer plant and gave it to a friend.…

Sooo, I propagated some of my prayer plant and gave it to a friend. She has had it for a few months but then all of a sudden it has gotten sad. Does anyone have any ideas? the soil is drained well. I gave it some plant food when she brought it back to me as well. Can i still save this plant?

Not sure, but it seems you can cut right before a node and replant some. The roots seem overwatered from what I see but I’m not expert.

Only option at this point is to cut it back, place in a container 🫙 and hope for new growth.

The curling leaves indicate it was dehydrated. So not being watered enough. Common thing especially with new to newish cuttings. I'd put it on a better watering schedule and then cut back anything that's doesn't revive
