I don’t get it. Is this the same cactus in both pictures? And what does Nubulous mean?

The words nub and fabulous combined into one word. I thought his little nub growth was cute. And yes the first pic is from a year ago and the second is today

Omggg girl it needs water and health soil for it’s health so it won’t die I know how to raise a cactus but my mom won’t let me buy one
