It seems like there might still be some life left in those plants, but it looks like they’ve got that black fungus I can’t quite recall the name of. I’d trim them back until you see some healthy growth, and then repot them into fresh soil. If you happen to have a fungicide, that would be a great addition too!

Should I cut it all the way down? All the stems with leaves? This is my 1st pothos. Here's another picture

I’d suggest trimming it down completely until you notice some nice, healthy green growth. Also, it’s a good idea to remove all the old soil. If possible, mix it with two parts regular potting soil, one part perlite or pumice, and one part orchid bark. If you don’t have these, that’s perfectly fine, but I’d recommend using them if you can! :)

Thats what I did then bought another in person this time

I would take it apart. I would give it some fresh soil sometimes when you’ve ordered plants they come with death sacks attached to the roots. I would then cut some of the leaves back and I would try to CPR it. If it doesn’t recover then I would throw it away.

If still some green and firmness then it is still salvageable.
