# Couldn’t help myself and grabbed these baby’s. I was gonna propagate…

Couldn’t help myself and grabbed these baby’s. I was gonna propagate a snake plant but I didn’t want to wait so I can propagate more of them from one. Any tips on the purple passion plant is well appreciated.

I love how the plant food looks like a maple syrup bottle 😂 Purple passion plant does not like to be misted. I tried growing one in a terrarium, but it promptly died 😅

I don’t mist any plants after seeing a lot of videos saying it’s better to just get a humidifier and wipe the leaves with neem oil. I was told misting can cause fungus if the mist doesn’t dry fast enough so I just keep a humidifier near by

My purple passion is super easy to care for. It starts to lower its leaves when it wants water and will “faint” if I forget to water it right away, but it bounces back as soon as I water it. I have mine next to my humidifier and it’s growing steadily. I always bottom water it as well just to further prevent water from getting on the leaves. Also it’s under a grow light 12 hours a day.

Yes 🙌🏼 I learned that bottom feed is best rather than watering up too and the roots going upwards rsa h for the water. Bottom feed the roots grow straight down more often
