# Hi! I’ve had this plant since it was tiny. It’s now grown this one…

Hi! I’ve had this plant since it was tiny. It’s now grown this one stem that’s super tall and top heavy. My question is do I leave it, add support, or chop? Any advice is appreciated!

Mine grew 2 long stems and is flowering from the steps.

You can cut it down for cosmetic looks \& propagate the cutting. The remaining stem may become thicker and sprout new leaves / branches.

Where would I cut? Do I propagate in water like other plants?

This is what I’d do. Cut right above the node that extends above your desired height, then cut those two first leaves off the cutting.

From there I’d dip the cutting into root hormone and stick it straight into water.

I think I got it at Walmart! I drilled holes in the bottom so I plant directly in it :)
