I have a few plants that are in self watering planters. They have a string/wick at the bottom that sits in a reservoir of water.

How do you guys set them up in your tracker? I don’t see a setting for that type of planter.

Obviously, the tracker sets the schedule based on the pot and when you last watered it, but for some of my plants, I usually just skip the task for the day.

Thanks 🤍🪴

I use the tracker as an op to check the water levels. After skipping it a few times, it adjusts so that i probably only end up checking every 3 weeks, thereabouts. Tends to be a good time for me to replenish the reservoir; that’s when I will mark it as ‘watered’.

I use the self watering planters however even though the app states to water the plant I don’t fill my reservoirs until it is completely empty. When they say to do it I just look to see if it’s empty. You have to go by your environment or circumstances around your house for your plants. The app is good but use your own judgment
