I bought this plant but was sunburned but has produced some new leaves, my question is should I cut the damaged leaf or leave it?

I'd say leave it because your plant has so few leaves already. The burnt one doesn't look that bad either, no yellowing which means the chlorophyll is still able to photosynthesize

If you JUST bought the plant as well, you'll want to let it acclimate to your environment first. I like to wait until a couple (2-3) nice looking leaves get pushed out because then I know the plant is happy and can handle a little stress
