Hello plant friends 👋🏼🪴

I was given this plant that someone told me is a Moses-in-the-cradle plant. I have had it for about 6 months and it still looks the same as when they gave it to me. They had no idea how to look after it and thus no direction was given as how to what to do.

It looks like there are some new leaves trying to unfurl. Is there anyway to propagate this plant to make the pot more full?

Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!
