It looks fine to me. Why do you think it is dying?

It's not able to stay straight, two out of three leaves turning brown and feels fragile when I touch it.

It may have root rot. You can cut the main stem and re-root it in water.

Pilea like a lot of light. She may not have been using up the water in her pot fast enough due to lack of light.
