# Look at how happy and healthy my alocasia is (: I have her in between…

Look at how happy and healthy my alocasia is (: I have her in between the sliding glass door and a grow light and she seems to be thriving! The only problem are the fungus gnats. they won’t leave her alone. i sprayed with need oil, added sticky traps, and sprinkled systemic granules on the soil. it seems to help but they are pretty persistent. happy growing!

They way I got rid of mine was I soaked some sand in neem oil and sprinkled it on top of the soil, it stops them from reproducing and the ones in the soil from getting out

i think the systemic granules are helping but i keep finding them under the nursery pot and in the decorative pot
