# A lot of little black bugs came out when I picked it up from my shelf…

A lot of little black bugs came out when I picked it up from my shelf to clean the leaves, not sure if they were roaches or the usual pests, I’m definitely changing the soil but any tips on how to take care of them?

How big? If they were super small, it could have been fungus gnat. Yellow sticky traps will give you an idea of how bad it is. Can add hydrogen peroxide to water to help kill them.
