I’m really want to be able to grow carnations because they are my wife’s favorite and dahlias too because they are just bad ass!

Dahlias are beautiful. Just check your area to see if you need to bring the tubers in for the winter. I’m in Ohio and have to dig them up before the first frost, usually Oct. and put them in paper bags in a dark spot until after the last frost in May. Good luck!
