I'm a newbie here so still learning the ropes!! Should this be growing larger than this??? I've had this for 3 years prob and it doesn't grow beyond this. Do I repot it? Or is this it for this beauty?!

It's grown a little, but not what I would think after 3 years. It's been in that same pot, so maybe splitting it will give it more room and she'll grow bigger

I do every so often but maybe not enough, how often should I with that one?

Depends on what type of fertilizer and its environment but it’s strange that your plant is not pushing out new growth. Mine just put out 3 new leaves in the last two weeks and is working on at least 3 more right now.
