My ficus elastica (actually three) is also producing new growth - not sure if new stems or leaves yet - and some heathy roots! I may gift some of these, honestly.

I love ficus elastica! Such easy plants

A friend of mine tried to chop and prop hers and it croaked! It’s always scary to chop a perfectly healthy plant
