Hi guys if I want to propagate this should I cut of the sprout bit or leave it be or cut part of it? Then is it straight in soil or into water ? It has no roots.

I would put that straight into the soil. I fear this particular plant would get rotted if you stick it straight into water. Just spray the soil around it and it should grow roots..
