happy wednesday everyone!! i am looking for some recommendations. first has anyone had luck keeping cat grass alive? my poor archie is just not doing well. any tips?

also what are everyone’s recommendations on a budget friendly potting soil? looking forward to hearing thoughts thank you!

Honestly I just use Miracle grow indoor potting soil. For my tropical plants I use the miracle grow tropical plant potting soil, mixed with perlite and orchid bark. My hardware store sells all of these at $6 per bag, so total $24.

if you go with miracle grow just be sure to grab a bag of perlite and a bag of orchid bark to mix in — miracle grow right out of the bag tends to hang onto water for longer than most plants prefer
