I would recommend putt it in new soil and another pot

I think you should check the roots. She seems to be declining for some reason. Possibly over/under watering. If they are good then repot. You might have to prop it in water. They grow well in water.

I agree, I think more so over water because it’s still green.

Definitely way less water, I only water mine every two weeks and I ensure to let my water sit out for at least 24h before use.  
You should take a look at the roots, they could be experiencing root rot due to the overwatering issue.  
Chinese money trees do not have a lot of roots, they are very shallow. That being said it is very easy to overwater when doing top soil watering.  
The pot size looks good (I can’t really see how low it is) and the pot must have draining holes.
