What do you guys think about these red and blue lights? Do they work? I am new to them and am having trouble finding credible resources for them.

I have several and they work well especially if you’re wanting blooms. However, I also supplement them with some full spectrum light to help keep my plants nice and green.

I have the same question. Some of my lights have the option to use just these and idk how to use them.

Yea they do work. I use them at home.

Plants have scientifically been studied under the light spectrum to see which light helps them grow the most. I actually took a botany class and most plants and produce grow best in blue and red lights, the mix of both is good too. I’ve actually been growing some baby corms with these lights, and they do work well and are cost effective. They may not be the best solution for some plants, some like the full spectrum. But all of my plants love the lights and Seem to be doing fine With them
