Cut a longer section of it, propagate it and plant it in the same pot ( 3

Prune her! Every week or so pinch the top couple leaves on each stem to encourage branching

Definitely prune, I think it might be stretching for light so you could try moving it somewhere slightly brighter and see if that helps too
