I know this is a bit of a more serious topic, but if you're comfortable sharing, and you've had an experience, how has botany and the houseplant hobby/community helped and/or improved your mental health? Id love to hear your stories if you're comfortable sharing! :)

I could spend all my time caring for my plants !!! When I’m feeling yuck , I just buy a plant !😜its helped me a great deal !

Absolutely! I always love the feeling of bringing home a new plant baby, and bonus points for when I can sneak it past my dad XD
