I have a pineapple plant that seems to be growing babies from the base of the plant out of the soil, I’ve read that this normally happens between the leaves further up the stem, should I remove them? Leave them? Help will be much appreciated, thank you :)

Ive never had a pineapple plant but I think leaving them would be just fine but than again I’ve never taken care of one.
