These plants seem to do that all the time. Idk what it is but my sister in law said to bottom water, that's what saved hers.🤷‍♀️

To me it looks like possibly a humidity or water issue. Many dracaenas have an issue with some tap water.

I use filtered water.

It looks like a tap water issue maybe try watering with distilled water as they can be sensitive to tap

I don’t use tap water. I used filtered water but some say it might be humidity.
