This was a gift four years ago - it was much much smaller. No drainage, never repotted yet thriving. Is it time to repot in something larger? Tips? Really love this guy.

Yes.  
You should repot. It’ll get big. Succulent fertilizer.  
Mine is outside.  
The trunk is so big now. I call it my jade tree. 😂😂 it blooms too. So pretty.  
She’s actually bushier now. I need to update her picture.

Ashamed to admit that I’ve never repotted my Jadey 😔  
But I will in the spring, promise 🤞🏼

It’s still quite cold here in the UK so I’ll wait a few more weeks until I dive in ☺️
