Mine did the same thing. I kept watering it and eventually it bloomed with all new flowers. It just might be the life cycle

It's normal for the flowers to be temporary; those stalks are dried out, so you can cut them off near the base. As for the rest of the plant, the leaves on one side look healthy but the other side shows a lot of damage. One sided damage like that could be caused by a temperature issue (burns from a hot window?) or a water issue (got water stuck in the crown and it's only rotting that side.) You can remove that top leaf (dead leaves should be easy to pull off, if they don't come easily, just wait a few days) and the leaf below it will likely die off as well. Look for signs of rot on them (squishy to the touch, moldy looking colors, visible mold), especially if you know you got water in the crown (where all the leaves meet.) If you see signs of rot, then treat it for crown rot. If the leaves seem dry/burnt and there's no sign of rot or water that got trapped on the crown, then it's likely just a burn (and much easier to fix by just protecting the plant from extreme temperatures.) For care going forward, make sure it's getting proper light (bright indirect), water it regularly and ensure it drains out properly (your orchid looks fine on that), and make sure you never let water get trapped in the crown (avoid watering there and dry it if it gets splashed). And never use ice cubes
