Anyone ever make a plant to do list?

This is my first time tonight as I’m learning to not be so overwhelmed if I can control what I can and totally avoid that

I will be honest I feel whole as hell after I finished my list. I won’t forget any tasks as they are accesible written down. I’m so at ease now and it will be even better when completed.

I think I found my motivation boost
