# Hi, this is my dieffenbachia, I am new to plants and I’m wondering if…

Hi, this is my dieffenbachia, I am new to plants and I’m wondering if I need to get a fungicide for this plant. I recently moved it out of my bedroom and into a room with more light, can anyone help with advice and tips for this plant?

I think its fine, how often do you water it?

I was watering if every few days. And now I check the soil, and keep it a little damp

Light is always good. Being new to the plant world I overwatered a lot so be careful. If it’s to wet out a paper towel down underneath and try to get extra water out. And give it more light. Or a plant grow light if you want to keep it on your bed room.
