Very little. They’re like potatoes, so a lot of the water is stored in little bulbs under ground. I like to use a bottom watering container for mine to prevent water sitting in the roots and causing root rot.

I water mine sbout once a month and i live in a very dry climate..

I water mine when the stalks start to wrinkle, about every 1.5 months

You reminded me to check mine and she’s ready for watering. I also like to give a squeeze and if it’s a little squishy then I water

Very little. I check that the soil is completely dry before watering

The amount of time between waterings will vary with many factors. The type of soil, amount of light, air circulation etc. so you should check before watering

I feel like this app does a good job estimating when. Mine is in shade outside morning sun, terra cotta, and needs water every 10-14 days. It’s growing 5 shoots a month and very happy.

Nice. The app does do very well with estimating.. I just noticed that’s been quite a while since I’ve watered my plant.. just needed confirmation from yall
