Stromanthe Thalia - looking for pro tips!

I am good with easy plants (lots of success with pothos and monstera adansonii) but I am having a hard time keeping the Triostar happy. No new shoots coming up and leaves just look dull.
I stopped using my tap water and stopped getting the leaves wet when watering.
Any advice appreciated!

Welllll, I managed to save mine from a THRIPS infection in the Fall.

Before that fiasco she was THRIVING. She needs a LOT of humidity. Mine sits near the humidifier and under a Soltech Aspect grow light. They say bright indirect light. I’m cursed with only North facing windows.

I let her dry out the first 3” of her pot and then water thru with distilled water. Hope that helps

One issue with the thrips was she lost coloring and most leaves come in green. There is a lot of conflicting info online as to whether this is lack of light or too much light. 😬. It’s my one plant that I feel like I need a “consultation” on.

Thank you! I have her near a west facing window, which the rest of my plants love but maybe I should change it up in her case. Humidity hasn’t been great here either- I’ll give that a try!!

As long as it doesn’t get direct light, it should be ok.

When I first got mine, I had a pebble tray under her and I watered her that way she did great but then as she grew more, I still use the pebble tray, but I also water her cup when she is dry about 2 inches down and she’s beautiful
