Hey I’m unsure if this is normal in my terrarium, but my succulents are coming out, is this ok?

It looks like your succulent got uprooted, likely due to loose soil, overwatering, weak roots, overcrowding, or stress. Trim any mushy or black roots, and if the roots are wet, let the plant dry for a day. Use well-draining succulent soil and water only when the soil is completely dry. If the terrarium holds too much moisture, consider moving the succulent to a pot with drainage.
