# Hi I bought two plants from this Planta app and they arrived 2 weeks…

Hi I bought two plants from this Planta app and they arrived 2 weeks late and dead. Does anyone on here know how to request a refund or anything? Thanks in advance!

I didn't even know we can buy plants on here. That's to bad they are dead and 2 weeks late. You definitely deserve your money back!

Yes go to the market place, in top right corner of app.

I bought a heart leaf philodendron and a njoy pothos and they are definitely not even to Home Depot standards… it takes a lot of extra love once you get them \& change the soil, remove the starter block fibers and bring them back to life

I did an order for several plants a while back when they had a sale. I think it was for 5 or 6 plants. Had to get a refund on a couple. They required a picture of course and refunded immediately. Even tried replacing a plant but it arrived too late. Heat packs are only good for 72 hours. If delivery takes longer, the plant freezes. It took them two days just to get the box to the postal service. I’m mid Atlantic so they arrived damaged. Planta did their best to help. The plants come from a supplier, not Planta.

There are so many good plant vendors out there…in general I wouldn’t recommend buying mail order in the winter though. Wait a couple of months and save up!
