Unsure if u meant the one in the pic but actual ZZ plants take a long time to propogate no matter what, i propogated mine in water, it took several months until i saw growth, u just gotta be patient i took a leaf off and let it callus then put in water

I tried leaf cuttings but they died when I put them in soil. I took a stem and put it in soil and that worked best. The easiest way is to separate them when repotting.
