hi, very new here. i have a humidifier behind the shelf and a grow light set on the “vegetative” setting (does have pre-flower setting and a rippen setting too)

any other suggestions?? please helpppp  
plants are Golden Pothos, English ivy, spider plant, and Arrowhead
