Can anyone tell me what's on my rubber plant leaf. It won't wipe off and it's just on the one leaf. Thanks

Perhaps edema from overwatering.

I water when it's dry. Can this happen if it's to dry? I use rain water

It can which I don’t really quite understand. Apparently if a plant has gone without water for an extended time, then suddenly given an abundance of water, it can develop edema. I’ve had it happen with my pep watermelon. Researched it trying to figure it out. It seems the solution is not to let it go dry for so long. I find it a little confusing. So I’m watering before it’s into several days of dry soil.
